[Koha] Display of tag number on add biblio module

The path to the page where one would enter biblio information is:
   
  intranet/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.somple/addbibio.pl
   
  However, when I go to the file, it doesn't seem to show the information where I can add a tag number to be displayed.
   
  Which file should I go, I also tried htdocs, still to no avail.
   
  I have Koha 2.2.4 on Windows.
