[Koha] Installing KOHA - MySQL Error

Hi there,

When I go to install KOHA and do the

# mysqladmin -u root -h koha.athenscounty.lib.oh.us password 'new-password'

I get the error that my IP address is blocked. THe reason for this is that my firewall blocks all ports and 3306 wasn't open so I suspect it was banging away on this SQL database and it has now locked me out. Is there anyway that I can get my host unlocked and be able to do the rest of the install.
