[Koha] addbiblio.pl error

Good day!

I have set up Koha 2.2.2 on our Fedora linux server for school library use. I 
can successfully add users, etc.

When I try to add a 'resource' [A Passage to India, ISBN 0895773341] using 
the addbiblio.pl script, I get an error, and the resource doesn't add to the 
mysql database.

Upon checking the koha-error_log file, I see

Premature end of script headers: addbiblio.pl, referrer: 
http://MYIPADDRESS/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl?isbn=0895773341

As well, I've noticed that the biblio.pl page has an error.  Upon further 
investigation, the error reads:
     Line: 1963
     Char: 4
     Error: Object required
     Code: 0
     URL://http://MYIPADDRESS/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl?
isbn=0895773341

Any suggestions on what I can look for or do next?
