1/. rach welcomed everyone to the meeting

2/. rach reported a good year for koha, with a new version and new
libraries picking it up, but there are challenges to face as koha
matures. rach hoped to see more developers and thanked paul for 2.2.

3/. paul reported there are already 3-4 key bugfixes for release
in version 2.2.3 and some minor improvements. paul said that there
were not many developers of 2.2 at the moment, although 2.2 is
widely used (no libraries reported using 2.0 at the meeting).
The next release will be in between 2 and 4 weeks.

4/. kados was appointed 2.4 Release Manager, based on the proposal
previously posted to this list.

owen was tapped as interface designer and there was a discussion
about the direction for 2.4.

5/. shedges led a discussion on docbook, wiki, comments and style.
Goals for documentation are: guidelines on commenting code; spanish
translations of current documentation (will contact JohnN about this).

paul will make a first draft code comments guide.

Nick reported he had a fresher FAQ to contribute.

6/. volunteering was covered under other points.

7/. rach led a discussion on how to get new features into Koha.

nono reported how SAN were developing koha.

8/. slef started a discussion on internationalisation by
suggesting writing templates in language-neutral formats that
are then "translated" during installation, or afterwards.
"On-the-fly" translation was dismissed as too hard for now.

indradg was appointed translation coordinator for koha.

9/. There was some discussion of demonstration systems.

rach led a discussion on updating the koha.org site.

Meeting drifted to a close around 0000 +0000.
