[Koha] problem with koha

 My name is Jorge Moreno i´m from merida Venezuela. I´m employed in the
one university public library(universidad de los andes)  i´d like to use
koha, i download koha version 2.2.3 in english


but when i need to run after a good  instalation

say me that You don't have permission to access /koha/ on this server.

i´m not how run koha

i have instaler in the server machine apache, php, mysql and perl
