[Koha] Z3950 search

Hello,

How can I get koha to pull the book data (MARK) from the Library of
Congress Z3950 server?  When putting in a new book I want to just put in
the ISBN or LC control number and have it pull it up.  The LoC Z3950
server info is in koha and the 7090 port is open for communication.
