[Koha] Koha on Windows

Hi, Anyone got Koha to run with IIS 6.0 plus Active Perl 5.6 on Windows
Server 2003 ? Not using the Windows installer package (seems to have not
been updated past 1.9 and depends on Apche), just the good old fashioned
hard way ?
