[Koha] Errors in log, please help

Hi all after checking the log I found the following:

All this while adding a new member, may be the first error is not that important,
but don't know really.

I'm working in the same machine as instalation as u can notice, also found
that the httpuser was 'apache' and not the root or the koha user, does this
really matter?
