[Koha] Does Koha interface with TLC's LC MARC CD-ROMs

Nelsonville Public Library uses ITS to do all their cataloging, then uses
a modified bulkmarcimport script to load the records directly into the
Koha catalog (not the MARC Respository -- or "breeding farm" as it used to
be called).  Other than some occasional encoding issues, there have been
no problems.  What sort of troubles are you having?
