[Koha] Upgrade Koha on Win32/Some errors !!!

Just testing run "perl koha.upgrade" send me the following error:

NO /USR/BIN/PERL

Koha expect to find the perl executable in the /usr/bin directory. It is use of uninitialized value in -x at install.pm line 885, <STDIN> line 3. Not there on your system......

And ask me for the path of perl that is /usr/bin/perl ins Windows... and give me more error messages like:

Can't use string ("/usr/bin") as an array ref while "strict refs" in use at install.pm line 535, <STDIN> line 4.


I'm testing on Windows 98. But like to install on a linux(Debian) account but my webmaster give me no rights to install perl modules. Any help here.
