[Koha] Breeding farm => Repository

[Stephen Hedges]

I'd like to officially change all references to the "breeding farm" to the
"repository."  For English speakers, I think "repository" is a much more
accurate description.  So for all (future) docs writers, please use this
new terminology.  (All the templates, etc., will also need to be changed.)
