I'm not sure, but I suspect the circulation desk printer has to be 
"shared" to the server running koha in some way. With GNU/Linux 
systems, I'd probably use lpd for this. With a Microsoft circulation 
desk, I'd probably look at using smbclient and lpd on the server. 
Might be able to use CUPS instead of lpd, but I know less about that.
