[Koha] Mailing List Footer

Hi Team,

Given the number of "Please remove me from your list" or "Unsubscribe"
messages posted to the list makes we wonder if we should investigate
changing the footer that is attached to each list message to make
unsubscribing easier.

I would suggest something like ...
