[Koha] Loading MARC Format

Hi

How can I load into de Koha, the MARC Format that give me the web of The 
Library of Congress

http://catalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PAGE=First

For example, I have a list of ISBN, I type the ISBN on the web of The 
Library of Congress and select ISBN, MARC Format and print or save.

Where can I get a how-to or manual about it?
