[Koha] Cannot add Item - server error

I am trying to test, if Koha can work for us. We have imported the
Danmarc2 format instead of marc21, and after some work with the Koha db-
Marc linking, the Marc Check is finally OK.

BUT:
Adding the Biblio seems to be OK - but when I after the Biblio is added
is transfered to the "New Item" screen, there is a failure when I
press "Add Item"
The browser changes its url to
http://admin.koha.boegenielsen.dk/cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/additem.pl
and responds with a 500-error "Internal Server Error".
