[Koha] Please remove me

It appears that your web page that allows
unsubscriptions, requires a password that I do not
remember.

Further, the web page that is supposed to mail
passwords to the user, does not appear to work.  

So there's no way I can get removed from this list at
the current time, except by asking that it be done
manually.

Please do remove me from your mailing list.
