[Koha] Delete Borrower Category

Hi,

Using Koha 2.0.0, I want to delete a borrower category, but it says:

   This record is used 6 times. Deletion not possible

It looks like I need to some how delete corresponding categoryitem, but
I don't see where, except for straight into mysql.
