[Koha] Migrating from CDS/ISIS to koha

For those winisis and cds/isis users out there, I've finally got round
to packaging up my xml2koha script.  You can download it from
http://www.benality.net/files/xml2koha.tar.gz

Please read the README, INSTALL and HOWTO files before running the
xml2koha.pl script.  Feel free to give me as much feedback as possible
on how you went and what needs fixing.  This is my first foray into
perl programming so excuse any badly laid out code.
