[Koha] Is there a plan to support cnmarc?

Someone would need to ensure that licence is OK for Koha. At first 
glance, it looks almost like the GPL, which makes me wonder what is 
different and whether they asked FSF about it. If someone wants to do 
that work, I can point you towards helpful people. If not, remind me 
about this when I have more time.
