[Koha] Koha Installation Guide and Koha at a Glance

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a Koha installation guide which is finally
useable--though I have several expansions planned.  For now I've
limited the scope of the guide to installing Koha on Debian woody
kernel 2.4, though eventually I would like to expand that scope.
