While the "Migrating to Koha" document is not a part of the Linux
Documentation Project, I did release it under the same license
(http://www.tldp.org/manifesto.html).  I am happy to have it translated
into as many languages as possible, and will even host the translations on
the Skemotah website if you wish.  I would ask that you give me credit for
the original document.  Or, as LDP says:

"License the derivative work with this same license or use GPL. Include a
copyright notice and at least a pointer to the license used.  Give due
credit to previous authors and major contributors."
