[Koha] Koha development work

I would really like to see PostgreSQL support.  I've been interested in
Koha for some time, but haven't ever finished installing it, because I
haven't had the time to port it to use PostgreSQL.  Okay, so I should
install MySQL, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
