[Koha] MARC RECORD PROBLEM on V2.0.0

Updates submitted on this form generate an e-mail that is sent to a librarian, 
who makes the actual changes -- so, no, the information will not change on the 
screen.  (Admittedly, there should be some sort of note that tells the member 
what is happening.)
