[Koha] Koha and circulation

1.    Can Koha print out a report of items issued since set up? 

2.    Can Koha print individual overdue notices?

I ran into the same problem, but it only occurred when I specified both
a 

subject term and a class from the drop-down menu:

Are you specifying a class as well?
