In the 2.0.0pre1 version of Koha, there is a z3950 client for cataloguing.
If you have z3950 avaible, when you enter the biblio editor, there is a
link "z3950 search". This link search on z3950 servers you defined, and
in 1 click, you can "import" a biblio for local cataloguing.
If you use MARC21, there are a lot of public servers that could be helpful.
