 What I do need is a reliable install dependancy list in the manual,
preferably backed up with some links to the perl modules, or an adequate
description of each module so I can google it myself.

This is being worked on right now (I'm in the midst of fixing SGML
problems).
Volunteers to proofread always welcome....
