[Koha] Globalization/Internationalization of Koha

It's nice to see discussion of a Spanish implementation of Koha. This
leads me to wonder about the internal architecture of Koha and
whether it was designed to handle languages such as Chinese and
Arabic. Was it?

I am very encouraged by what I see in Koha. Thanks all for the good
