[Koha] Current Z39.50 status?

Paul,
1.9.2 is still the most current development release, so from that
perspective it is still broken.  On the other hand, Paul is working on it
for the 1.9.3 release and has asked for people who are able and willing to
test the current cvs version to help him get it right.
