[Koha] Upgrade Errors??

When I performed an upgrade I got some errors that looked bad but didn't seem to impact the overall process.  Can anyone tell me if these errors are important or if they need to be reported in bugzilla?

Error #1:

That's it for now.  The patron data that I had loaded in 1.9.1 carried over into 1.9.2 which I thought was strange.
