[Koha] koha-1.2.3 : problem with basic installation

thanks dude , but that didnt help either. 
the user / pass values are used by koha to access the mysql database.

did u get this page when u go to the librarian interface for koha ?

i seems to be missing something here, just cant pinpoint it at the
moment. : (
