Oh, sure. The type map one probably isn't a FAQ yet. This 
ErrorDocument will be a "common errors that cause code 500" FAQish 
document and link to the main FAQ. Most common are the PERL5LIB, 
KOHA_CONF variables and permissions, I think. Any others?
