[Koha] Is koha suitable for us?

Yeah, specialised serial support isnt currently in Koha, (subscription
handling etc)
But libraries such as UNIDO and HLT, as well as NPL which all hold a sizeable
amount of serials in their collections are using Koha. So its not a
showstopper, it will just get better in later versions :)
