[Koha] Request solution to install perl module from Rh9.0 CD not from ftp site

Dear All.
I have running RH9.0 for installation of kaha.
Perl is installed but installer.pl reports that some
modules are missing. It suggest to run following-
 perl -MCPAN -e 'install "HTML::Template"'
   perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Set::Scalar"'
   perl -MCPAN -e 'install "Net::Z3950"' 

ON RUNNING I START GETTING MODULES FROM FTP SEREVRS
AND GIVES FOLLOWING ERRORS.

Bad luck... Still failed!
Can't access URL
ftp://ftp.perl.org/pub/CPAN/modules/03modlist.data.gz.

Please check, if the URLs I found in your
configuration file () are valid.
The urllist can be edited. E.g. with 'o conf urllist
push ftp://myurl/'

Could not fetch modules/03modlist.data.gz
Going to write /root/.cpan/Metadata
Warning: Cannot install HTML::Template, don't know
what it is.
Try the command

    i /HTML::Template/

to find objects with matching identifiers.

Since my box is not connected to internet, perl
modules are not able to installed. Is there is anyway
out to do it from RH CD or after downloading the
required module and run some install command.

I m using  perl v5.8.0.
