Koha >> Parameters >> MARC tag structure
* delete 090 subfields & tag
* create 930 tag & subfields. Put them in tab -1 (they are NOT managed 
by MARC editor but internally by Koha)
* 'map' them to biblio.biblionumber and biblio.biblioitemnumber
* that's all :-)

It should work.

Note that if you do it, you can test and report here if it works (it 
should => nothing is hardcoded in C4/Biblio.pm)
