In Italy in the National Bibliography there are this local 9xx:
900 Personal Name (not used form )
910 Corporate Body Name (not used form)
950 Holdings

In SBN (the "National" Libray Sistem <http://www.sbn.it/>) there are also
921 Printers' devices  [only for ancient  books, pre- 1801].
951 Acquisitions.

So no problems on use 930 and 970.
