Hi John

Ill let Steve answer more fully.
He has Koha running in 4 school and 2 district resource libraries, up in BC,
Canada.
So he will be offer some suggestions, from first glance at the list of
requirements, I dont there is anything you need/want to do, that Koha cant do.
Apart from printing barcodes, but as luck would have it in last weeks Koha
panui (newsletter). There was a link to kbarcode an open source barcode
creation/printing tool.
