[Koha] Some kind of Table Problem?

Hello,

thank you for the help with Acquisitions. My systems
parameters are now set. But there seems to be more
trouble. 

As we install the sampledata we had the following
problems:
1. "Biblio" table (as installed by Koha) seems to miss
one column. Actual installation has:
  biblionumber
  author
  title
  unititle
  notes
  serial
  seriestitle
  copyrightdate
  timestamp 
2. some other tables seems to be missing (ethnicity,
shelfcontents, bookshelf)

I have some trouble to complete the whole acquisition
process with the "normal" interface and also with the
Catalogue Search (at the librarians interface).

Should I install Koha again?
