[Koha] catalogue and opac questions

Hello David,
it sounds rather as if you've got only part-way. The Modify screen 
you were looking at is the Modify a biblio screen.
You need to go a step further in Acquisitions, and add your item 
records. Item type and class number are added to the group record 
(may be called biblioitem rather than group) and the branch, date 
due and date last seen are all part of the item record.

Go to Acquisitions. Bring up your biblio record, and fill in the group 
and item information. Then it should all be there for you.
