[Koha] Koha instration in Japan ?

Hello,

I am a faculty of the School of Library and Information 
Science of Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. I am interested 
in the Koha Project, and I am planning a new project which 
aims at localizing the Koha in Japan.

 In the following $B!H(Bthe Koha web page News and Release Notes,$B!I(B 
Ms. Pat Eyler wrote that $B!H(BI$B!G(Bve even seen a Koha instration in 
Japan.$B!I(B

I had tried to find the library that had the Koha System 
instrated in Japan; however, I have not found it yet. 
Could you let me know which library in Japan has the system?
