[Koha] Koha Newby Questions

Hello,

I am looking at using Koha for the Vienna Christian School Library
here in Vienna, Austria.

Can anyone supply information on using bar code readers with Koha?
I am interested in recommendations of particular brands and/or models
of readers, how to configure them to interface with Koha, etc.

Our library workstations are running Windows 2000; our server is
running Red Hat 7.2.
