[Koha] On-line reservations

Is anyone doing work for on-line requests and email notification via
OPAC? If so, then please let me know.

Otherwise I'm hacking some stuff to do this that should work with
current 1.2.3 RC.

I am not a coder so It would be better if someone else were doing
this... (I don't like wasting time on stuff that others do better)...
but I think I could learn enough to create something usable that others
may modify or replace later.

If there are no other takers, then I will amke a start and try to keep
new code separate so it can be added like a "contrib" rather than a
diff.
