[Koha] Install Steps for RedHat 7.x

I have installed the koha system , Its amazing. The INSTALL file is not
good enough besides there are some typos in the scripts. You should read
the archive 2002 on the maling lists specially sent by me and all the
replies to me.
Get is done.
