[Koha] file missing in *.tar.gz ?

The INSTALL is undergoing heavy rewriting at the moment.

I dont think join-bottom.inc exists. Well I cant spot it at first glance
anyway.
I have put the other 2 files at
http://koha.org/download/quickfix/circulation-bottom.inc
and
http://koha.org/download/quickfix/members-bottom.inc

If you want to grab them from there.
