Question, mainly for those contributing code & documentation, but of
interest to everyone else as well, I think...

Where do you want me to file things like feature requests, and bug fixes,
and 'open ended' questions?

A few have come to me individually,
Lots go to the list (from which I've been keeping a running list of late),
and most of the earlier ones live in the sourceforge wishlist feature.

which does provide a semi-decent commenting facility, but I don't know how
much attention anyone has given it.

Also, I've been poking around the INSTALL and other files, and am thinking
of hacking it up rather heavily, and possibly diddling the rest of the
documentation for consistency's (and readability's) sake.
