Hello all!

   My original imported data had all of the subject headings in CAPITAL LETTERS and all of my new headings are “proper” (first letter is capitalized and that’s it).  I know in EXCEL there is a PROPER command that converts ALL CAPS to the proper ‘All caps’. 

  Is there a command in SQL to convert my all CAPS subject heading to proper?  Or Koha?  Thanks in advance for any help!
