As far as I can tell, this doesn&#39;t seem to be implemented... it&#39;s called in the basic message processor if we&#39;re running SIP2, but it calls a subroutine that&#39;s only documented, not actually written.  Unless I&#39;m missing something, this may be an area we need to work on further.<br>
