Hey Koha-

Does anyone know if there's a way to set more than 3 overdue triggers? I'm having an issue at our small library where the three notices go out, the books never get returned, and the patrons forget because there aren't anymore notices to remind them.

So I guess this is two questions:
1- Is there a way to set more than 3 triggers?
2- Is there a way to generate a reminder for a single patron who has very overdue books?
