I’m having a problem with Koha and the scanning/entering of Item and Patron Barcodes.<BR>

Whenever you scan/enter a barcode or patron barcode in any module of Koha (Acquisitions, Cataloguing, Circulation [Checkin/Out], Serials, etc.) the following error will appear and Koha won’t perform the action you require it to do, e.g. Checkout or Checkin an item, or attach an item to a Bibliographic record.<BR>
