<a href="http://koha-community.org/documentation/faq/installingupgrading/">http://koha-community.org/documentation/faq/installingupgrading/</a> does not contain any information. Also the INSTALL.debian file suggests running ./koha_perl_deps.pl that does not
appear to exist in the 3.00.01 environment. <o:p></o:p></p>
