<div>The file was downloaded as Koha2.2.9-w32-R1[1]</div>
<div>The .Exe extension was replaced by [1] hence the </div>
<div>file could not be opened since windows could not</div>
<div>determine the file type. So, renamed the file to</div>
<div>Koha2.2.9-w32-R1.Exe and that did the magic.</div>
